How we work

In the Telegram bot or on the site: the job, the district and a convenient time. You can attach photos.

A tradesperson comes on the day you choose, measures everything and goes over the details with you.

We send the price and timeline before work starts. No surprises along the way.
- Work
We do the job, send photo updates in Telegram and hand the flat over.

Flat from a developer?
We work with any condition. We'll check exactly what the developer handed over when we measure.
White frame
Walls are plastered, screed and wiring are in. What's left is finishing: floors, painting, tiles, plumbing fixtures.
Green frame
Most of the finishing is done. We complete the rest: lighting, painting, small jobs, changes to suit you.

Can I order just one job, such as tiling?
Yes. We take on single jobs as well as full renovations.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope and materials. We work out the exact price after measuring and send a quote before work starts.
Do you help with materials?
We can choose and buy materials for you or work with yours. We'll discuss it at the measuring visit.
Do you work outside Tbilisi?
Our main area is Tbilisi. Mention the suburb in your request and we'll let you know.
